  1. Check the Outboard ECU For Codes & Hours and Inspect your Fuel System
  2. Start Outboard To Ensure Proper Operation of all Controls
  3. Inspect & Adjust Throttle, Shift Cables, Idle
  4. Inspect Cooling System
  5. Check Battery Condition, Cables,  and all Connections
  6.  Inspect System for Water, Fuel, Oil, and Gear Lube Leaks
  7. Change Water Separating Filter If Installed
  8. Change Oil And Filter With Genuine OEM Parts and Lubricants
  9. Inspect & Change Gear Lube For Lower Gear Casing with Genuine OEM Fluids
  10. Re-torque All Cover Plate Bolts
  11. Inspect And Grease Propeller Shaft Splines
  12. Inspect & Fill Power Tilt/Trim Fluid with Genuine OEM Fluids and Lubricants
  13. Grease All Fittings and Grease Points
  14. Inspect & Change Spark Plugs
  15. Inspect Timing Belt Tension
  16. Inspect And Adjust Top Cowling Latch
  17. Apply Corrosion Protection Spray To Powerhead using Genuine OEM Spray
  18. Check Trailer Tires And Re torque Lug Nuts
  19. Check Trailer Winch Stand And Re torque Bolts
  20. Inspect Trailer Winch Strap And Eye Hook
  21. Grease Trailer Bearings (If Applicable)
  22. Inspect Oil Bath Hubs If Installed
  23. Inspect & Inflate Air Pressure To Tire Specs
  24. Inspect Trailer, Welds, Bolts, Harnesses
  25. Inspect All Trailer Lights, Plugs, Harnesses
